Setup

Prerequisites

  • Email provider admin access
  • DNS provider access
  • A support mailbox
  • Forwarding rules
  • Internal test messages

Before launch

Run the setup from a draft or test environment when possible, then confirm the live customer path after publishing.

Connect and test

  1. Open Integrations from the workspace or selected chatbot.
  2. Choose Email.
  3. Complete the provider authorization or embed steps.
  4. Save the integration.
  5. Run a test from the customer side.
  6. Confirm the result appears inside QwryAI.

Troubleshooting

Connection failsConfirm provider permissions, workspace access, and any required API keys.
Messages do not arriveCheck channel status, provider delivery logs, and whether the correct chatbot is connected.
Customer reply is missingConfirm reply routing and that the connected account belongs to the same workspace.
