Search scope
- Describe the customer questions where web search is allowed.
- Add included domains when answers should come from specific websites.
- Decide whether the chatbot should cite or mention sources.
- Write a fallback when search results are weak.
- Test with current, ambiguous, and policy-sensitive questions.
