Offer a Cal.com event from a customer conversation.

Overview

The Cal action connects a booking experience to the event URL you configure. The event's availability and scheduling rules remain in Cal.com.

Set up the action

  1. Choose Cal in Create action.
  2. Enter the action name and When to use instructions.
  3. Provide the Cal.com Event URL for the event customers should book.
  4. Choose the time display format.
  5. Select channels, save, and enable the action.

Test booking

  • Ask the agent for the meeting described in your instructions.
  • Check that the intended event opens and the displayed timezone is appropriate.
  • Complete a test booking and verify it in your scheduling system.
  • Check what customers see when no time is available.
