Set Up an Integration
- Open the workspace.
- Select the chatbot or integration area.
- Open Integrations.
- Choose the provider.
- Complete the provider authorization steps.
- Save the integration.
- Run a test workflow from the customer side.
- Use a sample customer conversation.
- Remove integrations that are no longer used.
