Setup
Prerequisites
- Instagram business account
- Provider permissions
- Connected page or account
- Reply routing test
Before launch
Run the setup from a draft or test environment when possible, then confirm the live customer path after publishing.
Connect and test
- Open Integrations from the workspace or selected chatbot.
- Choose Instagram.
- Complete the provider authorization or embed steps.
- Save the integration.
- Run a test from the customer side.
- Confirm the result appears inside QwryAI.
Troubleshooting

| Connection fails | Confirm provider permissions, workspace access, and any required API keys. |
