Configuration
Usage numbers help you understand how close the workspace is to plan limits. Billing information confirms whether payment and subscription status are healthy.
AI agents
Filter usage by all agents, a specific agent, or deleted agents when you need to understand where credits were consumed.
- Open Usage from workspace settings.
- Open the AI agent filter.
- Choose All agents for a workspace-wide view or choose one agent for a focused review.
- Include deleted agents when you need to explain historical credit usage.
- Apply the filter before comparing usage totals.
Time interval
Choose the period you want to review before comparing usage. Short intervals are useful for launches and integration tests; monthly views are better for plan planning.
- Open the time interval control.
- Choose the period you want to inspect.
- Confirm the selected interval is highlighted.
- Review summary numbers, history, and per-agent usage for the same interval.
- Current plan
- Message credits used
- AI agent limits
- Team seat limits
- Training data or storage usage
- Ticket limits
- Billing provider status
Check Usage
- Open the workspace.
- Open Settings.
- Select Usage or Billing.
- Review the active plan.
- Check current limits and usage.
- Upgrade or contact support before a limit blocks production support.
- Upgrade before important limits block support flows.
- Contact support if usage numbers look incorrect.
Usage Summary
Credits used
Credits used shows how many message or workflow credits were consumed during the selected interval. Use breakdowns and tooltips to identify heavy traffic sources.
AI agents used
Agent usage compares the number of active agents against the workspace allowance. Deleted agents can still matter when reviewing historical credit usage.
Usage history
Usage history shows daily usage patterns. Spikes usually come from deployments, source imports, connected-channel tests, or customer traffic changes.
Credits used per agent
Per-agent usage helps you identify which chatbot or support workflow is consuming the most credits before changing plan limits.
| Usage area | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Credits used | How much of the workspace allowance was consumed in the selected interval. |
| AI agents used | How many agents count against the workspace allowance. |
| Usage history | Which days had traffic spikes or unusual activity. |
| Credits used per agent | Which agent contributed most to the selected interval's usage. |
Recommended Review
| When | What to review |
