Priority

Rank support requests by urgency.

Prioritize tickets

Priority expresses the urgency of a support request. Open Tickets, select a ticket, and inspect its priority in the details.

Priority levels

PriorityTypical use
LowA routine question without time pressure.
MediumNormal support work.
HighA customer is blocked and needs prompt attention.
UrgentAn issue requires immediate team attention.

Triage consistently

Choose the priority according to your support policy and the actual impact. Keep the status aligned with progress: raising urgency does not mean the request has been resolved.
