# Integrations

Connect QwryAI with external platforms and business tools.

## Manage external connections

Open Integrations from the selected agent. Search the catalog for a provider and inspect its connection state. Provider connections, channel configuration, and action publication are separate steps.

## Set up an integration

1. Choose the provider and select Connect.
2. Complete the displayed form or provider authorization for the intended account.
3. Return to QwryAI and confirm Connected.
4. For messaging, configure the corresponding channel. For tools, configure an action that uses the connection.

## Connection states

| State | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Disconnected | The account has not been connected or needs reconnection. |
| Connected | The provider connection is present; verify channel or action configuration separately. |
| Coming soon | The integration is not available in this deployment. |
