You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant QwryAI the rights necessary to process data to deliver and secure the service.
6. Billing and Subscription
Paid plans renew under your selected billing cycle unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service may integrate with third-party providers (for example payment processors, AI providers, and identity providers). Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features, with commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice for material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QwryAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
