## Connect your store

Shopify supplies store and catalog context for commerce actions. Connect the store to the agent that will support its customers.

## Authorize Shopify

1. Open Integrations and choose Shopify.
2. Enter the Shop name: the subdomain before .myshopify.com.
3. Select Connect Shopify and review the requested access in Shopify.
4. Return to QwryAI after authorization and inspect the catalog sync status.
5. Configure the required Shopify actions and enable them on supported channels.

## Check catalog readiness

A successful authorization starts the connection; catalog synchronization is a separate process. Wait for the catalog status to finish before checking product recommendations. If a product is missing, compare its current store publication state with the sync status.

## Verify with real store information

Use an actual product URL or SKU to check product answers. For order-specific actions, use your store’s supported customer-verification flow. Confirm availability and permissions before enabling actions that change orders, carts, or customer details.
