# Channels

Choose where customers can reach your agent and configure each experience.

## Overview

Channels control how customers access the selected agent. Configure the website chat bubble, a hosted Help Page, and the messaging integrations available in your workspace. Each channel has its own connection, presentation, and action compatibility.

Manage the website chat bubble or set up another customer channel from the selected agent.

## Website chat

Open the chat bubble deployment settings, configure its appearance and behavior, and copy the embed script into your site. Add the site's domains to the allowed-domain settings when restrictions are enabled. Test the published page, not only the editor preview.

## Help Page

A Help Page provides a hosted customer-facing destination. Configure its content, assets, theme, capabilities, instructions, and compatible actions, then enable its visibility and open the public URL.

## Messaging channels

Use the integration page for the messaging provider you want to connect. Complete its authorization and account selection, then send a test message from that provider. A connected account and an enabled action are separate settings: review both.

## Action compatibility

Select each action's enabled channels in its editor. Client-side actions need a browser host; automatic widget triggers run only on website chat. Review the available channel controls and verify the action from the intended customer entry point; an editor selection alone is not proof of runtime compatibility.

## Before launch

- Verify the customer entry point on desktop and mobile.
- Confirm the right instructions, model, and welcome content.
- Test a normal answer, an action, and a human handoff.
- Check the conversation appears in the correct workspace.
- Confirm disabling a channel produces the intended customer-facing state.
